1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Welcome to new8myr. By accessing, registering for or using any part of the new8myr platform — whether through the website, mobile app or any other official channel — you automatically agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and new8myr ("Platform", "We" or "Company"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to refrain from using our platform.

These terms should be read together with the new8myr Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform.

2 Account Eligibility and Registration

New8myr implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) process as part of our commitment to platform security and regulatory compliance. Players may be required to submit valid identification documents, proof of address, and other relevant information. First-time fund withdrawals require successful KYC verification.

3 Player Account & Security

3.1 Player Responsibilities

You as the player are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. This includes keeping your password confidential, ensuring your device is secure, and not sharing your login credentials with any other party.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

5 Bonuses, Promotions and Rewards

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by new8myr are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each offer. These terms include but are not limited to wagering requirements, bonus validity periods, eligible games and withdrawal limits on bonus wins.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirement refers to the number of times the bonus value must be wagered before winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirements for each bonus are clearly stated in the respective promotion terms. Players are encouraged to read these terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

5.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibition

New8myr takes any attempt to abuse the platform's bonus system seriously. Activities considered as bonus abuse include:

• Matched betting or arbitrage wagering using bonus funds
• Collusion between players to manipulate bonus terms

New8myr reserves the right to void bonuses, decline withdrawals, and terminate any account found to be involved in bonus abuse.

6 Game Rules

6.1 Game Fairness and Integrity

All games offered at new8myr use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been certified by an accredited independent testing body. This ensures that every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by any party.

6.2 Game Results

Game results displayed on the new8myr platform are final. In the event of a discrepancy between the display on a player's device and new8myr's server records, the server records shall be taken as the authoritative reference. new8myr maintains complete logs of all game sessions for dispute resolution purposes.

6.3 Technical Disruptions

In the event of a technical disruption during an active game session, new8myr will endeavour to restore the game state to the exact point before the disruption occurred based on server records. If restoration is not possible, new8myr will refund the affected wager amount to the player's account.

7 Prohibited Activities and Usage Restrictions

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities while using the new8myr platform:

1. Opening more than one account for any purpose
2. Using automated software, bots, scripts or any third-party technical tools without written authorisation from new8myr
3. Transferring funds between player accounts or colluding with other players to manipulate games
4. Using the platform for any money laundering or illegal financing activities
5. Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process
6. Exploiting any bugs or system vulnerabilities on the platform — any discovered vulnerabilities must be reported to new8myr immediately
7. Selling, transferring or lending your account to any other party
8. Using credit cards or payment methods that do not belong to you

8 Intellectual Property

All content found on the new8myr platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software, is the property of new8myr or its content providers and is protected by applicable copyright law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to access and use the new8myr platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only. Any use of platform content for commercial purposes, public distribution or modification without written authorisation from new8myr is strictly prohibited.

9 Liability Limits

New8myr shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from the following situations:

• Unfavourable game results that are the natural outcome of wagering activity
• Disruptions or damages caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure)
• Loss or damage arising from a player's failure to follow recommended security measures
• Unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's own negligence
• Processing delays caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers

The maximum total liability of new8myr to any player under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10 Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Termination by Player

Players may close their new8myr account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat. Prior to termination, all active wagers will be settled and any valid account balance will be returned via the verified payment method.

10.2 Termination by new8myr

New8myr reserves the right to suspend or terminate a player's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms and conditions stated in this document
• Suspicion or evidence of fraud, money laundering or illegal activity
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe
• Requests from relevant authorities

10.3 Fund Return After Termination

If an account is terminated by new8myr for reasons that do not involve a breach of terms by the player, any valid account balance will be returned to the player within 10 business days. If termination is the result of a terms violation, new8myr reserves the right to withhold or forfeit the relevant funds pending the outcome of an investigation.

11 Amendments to Terms and Conditions

New8myr reserves the right to amend, add to, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the official new8myr website.

We will endeavour to notify registered players of any material amendments via in-platform notifications or registered email. Continued use of the new8myr platform after amendments are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which new8myr operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the new8myr platform shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation between both parties.

If resolution through negotiation is not reached within 30 days, the dispute may be referred to arbitration or a mutually agreed alternative dispute resolution mechanism. The final decision from that process shall be binding on both parties.

The Bahasa Malaysia version of these terms is the governing version. In the event of any conflict between a translation in another language and the Bahasa Malaysia version, the Bahasa Malaysia version shall serve as the definitive reference.
